AWS Technical Professional Accreditation and AWS Business Professional Accreditation

Yayy! I am now a certified Amazon AWS Business and Technical professional. 🙂

Amazon Web Services are now providing the certification courses AWS Technical and AWS Business Professional Accreditations. You can get yourself accredited here.

Detailed steps for getting the accreditation are:

1. Create an account: Visit http://aws.amazon.com/partners/overview/partner-training/accreditation/ and click on “Create an APN login“
2. Enter your email ID and enter the required details to create your APN account
3. Activate your account. You will get an activation email to the email id you provided during registration. Once your account is created, go to http://aws.amazon.com/partners/overview/partner-training/accreditation/ and click on “Login to APN portal“
4. After logging in, on the APN home page, click on “Partner Training – Get Accredited Today” icon on the right side of the page.
5. Click on “Visit the AWS Training Portal for details and to register for a class“
6. Under the “e-Learning and Accreditation” section, click on “AWS Technical Professional Course“
7. Click on the “Request” button to request the course.
8. Click on “Open curriculum“
9. Click on the “Launch” to launch course.
10. Once you go through the training (5 modules in total, you can take tests for each module (8-10 questions each). All tests have to score above 80% for successful completion. You have multiple attempts for this. You can also directly take the tests if you feel confident that you know the AWS services well, and anyways you have multiple attempts for this.
11. Complete and print the training completion certificate.
