Kali Linux : Crash at login after installing nVidia drivers

I was trying to install and enable nVidia CUDA support in Pyrit. For that I installed nVidia drivers and restarted my laptop, HP Pavilion AB215TX. After installing, I was unable to login to my system as it said : “Oh no! Something has gone wrong” .

After a lot of googling I found that the solution to this is:

When this error is displayed, press Ctrl + Alt + F3, enter your root username and password.

Please note that some errors might keep coming in stdout , but please ignore them.

Install bumblebee-nvidia and restart:

apt-get install bumblebee-nvidia primus

After the restart, you should be able to login to your system as usual.
